Crystal provides unbiased, data-driven valuations that support informed decision-making for buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors. Crystal has a bachelor’s degree in finance and over 16 years of analytical experience working with a myriad of executives making decisions on implications of financial statements and income streams by using her analytical skills and financial models. Combining aforementioned skills and her pulse on current and future housing market gives her the ability to analyze a fair market value opinion for all your real estate needs. Crystal has experience with single-family, multi-family, condos, farms, as well as multi-million-dollar properties.
